Gerard was appointed CEO in March 2024 and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Finance Professionals NZ. He has had a long and varied finance career, commencing with the Bank of New Zealand, Investment Banking and then over 20 years with HSBC initially setting up its Investment Banking unit in NZ and arranging both syndicated and debt capital funding for the top corporate and institutional clients in NZ. He has experience in arranging a number of property finance transactions from high-rise apartments and offices, land sub-divisions and investment portfolios. Following that he became the Treasurer and Head of Global Markets, responsible for HSBC NZ’s balance sheet funding and treasury sales. After HSBC he was appointed CEO of a Cook Islands-based private bank, responsible for its strategic development and record growth. Gerard’s experience across finance and leadership roles brings great knowledge to Silver Harbour Capital.

Dr. Su is the Chairman of Silver Harbour Capital. He owns and manages the successful investment advisory firm SRRS Financial Services, a New Zealand-owned financial services company established in 2004. SRRS provides comprehensive financial services for clients including investment, accounting and insurance services.
A Certified Practising Accountant and Chartered Accountant, Dr. Su holds numerous finance and accounting qualifications. He was a lecturer of accounting and finance at Auckland University of Technology from 2009 -2019 and was the only Chinese financial advisor of ANZ National Banking Group from 2006-2010.

Cindy has amassed several years of experience in corporate management and operations. Early on in her career, she held various senior engineer and senior managerial positions in a global Fortune 500 company and later proceeded to establish an industrial automation technology company.
She has invested in and managed a multitude of construction and development projects in New Zealand, further extending her expertise to asset management, project development and management.
Cindy is the owner of several hotel chains in New Zealand, including New Zealand's most traditional Victorian-styled boutique hotel. She has also successfully pioneered a unique hotel management brand and company to manage various scales of hotel businesses in a streamlined and systematically proven method.
Her foresight and experience in the wealth management of commercial real estate and technology investments have also proven invaluable to investors.
Having operated a highly successful financial company for several years, she has garnered a comprehensive understanding of financial investments and compliance management.

Stephen is the CEO and Principal of Foundry Asset Management Limited, which he established in May of 2009 following twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry.
Stephen brings management and advising experience gained with some of New Zealand’s most successful fund and wealth management companies. This included one of New Zealand’s largest wealth management firms with an excess of NZ$1.2 billion under management.

Don is the Director and Principal of Wai-Poi Financial Services Limited. Don holds an LLB from the University of Auckland and was admitted to the bar in 1968.
Based in Auckland, Don has over 40 years of commercial and residential funding experience and has operated his own mortgage adviser business since 1990. Before then he was a solicitor with firms in Manurewa and Takapuna, a lending manager with an Auckland-based merchant bank, as well as a legal and financial consultant for a group of private companies involving property acquisitions, business financing, special projects including submissions to government and ministers of the Crown, and union and contract negotiations over a 13 year period. From 1985 he was a mortgage broker with a boutique financier specialising in offshore loans.
