Gerard Field

Appointed CEO in March 2024, Gerard is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Finance Professionals NZ. He has had a long and varied finance career, commencing with the Bank of New Zealand, Investment Banking and then over 20 years with HSBC initially setting up its Investment Banking unit in NZ and arranging both syndicated and debt capital funding for the top corporate and institutional clients in NZ.
He has experience in arranging a number of property finance transactions from high-rise apartments and offices, land sub-divisions and investment portfolios. Following that he became the Treasurer and Head of Global Markets, responsible for HSBC NZ’s balance sheet funding, custody team and treasury sales. Following HSBC he was appointed CEO of a Cook Islands-based private bank, responsible for its strategic development and record growth. Gerard’s experience across finance and leadership roles brings great knowledge to Silver Harbour Capital.
Dixon Yang
Lending Manager

Dixon joined Silver Harbour Capital as a Lending Manager in September 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland, majoring in Accounting and Finance. With over 12 years of experience in banking, Dixon began his career at HSBC, where he held a variety of roles that allowed him to build deep expertise across multiple areas of the industry.
Most recently, Dixon served as a Senior Credit Manager, where he refined his skills in credit assessment and risk management. Prior to that, he was a Senior Premier Relationship Manager, working closely with high-net-worth clients to help them achieve their financial objectives.
Dixon’s strong relationship-building abilities, combined with his comprehensive credit knowledge, position him well to make a valuable contribution to the continued success of Silver Harbour Capital.
Tina Shao
Compliance Manager
Tina Shao joined Silver Harbour Capital in March 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in administration, compliance, and customer service within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Silver Harbour Capital, she held a similar role at Foundry Asset Management, where she played a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
Tina holds a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services, demonstrating her commitment to industry knowledge and professional development.
Based in Auckland, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter outside of work.

Dr. Roger Su

Dr. Su is the Chairman of Silver Harbour Capital. He owns and manages the successful investment advisory firm SRRS Financial Services, a New Zealand-owned financial services company established in 2004. SRRS provides comprehensive financial services for clients including investment, accounting and insurance services.
A Certified Practising Accountant and Chartered Accountant, Dr. Su holds numerous finance and accounting qualifications. He was a lecturer of accounting and finance at Auckland University of Technology from 2009 -2019 and was the only Chinese financial advisor of ANZ National Banking Group from 2006-2010.
Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson is a seasoned legal advisor specializing in finance, commercial matters, and restructuring and insolvency. He played a pivotal role as the lead lawyer in two of New Zealand’s largest receiverships.
With extensive experience in banking and finance, Michael has worked on both the bank and borrower sides, offering comprehensive insights. He also advises corporate trustees and public security issuers on debt and managed fund issues, capital raisings, and business transactions, including sales and acquisitions.
Recognized as a leading lawyer by prestigious legal directories such as Chambers Asia Pacific, Legal 500, IFLR1000, and PLC Which Lawyer, Michael is highly regarded for his expertise and strategic approach in complex legal matters.
Xin Xin (Cindy) Hao

Cindy is an experienced corporate leader with a background in engineering and operations. She held senior roles in a Fortune 500 company before founding an industrial automation technology firm.
Her expertise extends to asset management and project development through investments in construction projects across New Zealand. Cindy also owns several hotels, including the country's most traditional Victorian boutique, and has created a successful hotel management brand known for its streamlined approach.
With a strong track record in commercial real estate and technology investments, Cindy has provided valuable insights to investors. She has also managed a successful financial company, gaining deep knowledge of financial investments and compliance.
Stephen Rogers

Stephen is the CEO and Principal of Foundry Asset Management Limited, which he established in May of 2009 following twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry.
Stephen brings management and advising experience gained with some of New Zealand’s most successful fund and wealth management companies. This included one of New Zealand’s largest wealth management firms with an excess of NZ$1.2 billion under management.
